Example of great customer service! In Sept of 2021, I saw a few items on the Mountain Warehouse website and purchased them. Later that week i was at Market Mall, Calgary and decided to check out their store. I ended up buying some other items and told myself I would cancel my online purchases.
Fast forward to September 2022. I received an email from Customer Service today saying the items I had bought online (last year) have been sitting at the store for almost 12 months. I had forgotten to cancel my order. Anyway, I was given the option of collecting my order or they would be happy to cancel the order and give me a refund!
That’s great service. Not to mention a business and staff with ethics and integrity. They could have ignored my mistake and kept the money but they were honest. Thank you Mountain Warehouse. I am definitely a fan and will be a returning customer.

Ordered a gilet for my wife and trainer socks.
Socks in store would have been BOGOF but not online. Should have been half price.
Emailed MW and Chloe resolved problem by sending second pack plus 10% discount code.
Mentioned that gilet was too small and reordered although had to pay delivery charge for a second time.
Chloe refunded that as well.

I went into Mountain Warehouse at Dobbies Andover and was attracted to the reduced winter clothes. I didn't intend to buy anything but the prices were so good and the staff very helpful, that I bought two items that I'm very happy with.

I had to try clothing two or three times to get the right size. Changing rooms were bright and clean. Jasmin at the counter was really kind and professional in her approach. Great customer service.

I had a quality issue with some trainers, that I had bought last month, and emailed a picture to customer services. Heidi from customer services replied to my email within minutes and offered me the choice of a refund or similar trainers under the 12 month guarantee. I opted for new trainers and they were dispatched same day. Speedy response and no quibbles. Best customer service I have received for a very long time.

No initial delivery of goods so a progress status was requested after seven days. The team acknowldeged no delivery and placed my order on next-day delivery was received successfully today. However both the Nikwax Visor Proof bottles ordered have leaked heavily in transit providing less than half-measures remaining in each bottle as both cover lids were off and have been rolling within the package plus the bottle spouts are very loosely fitted to the bottle bodies which has resulted in the additonally ordered sleeping bag subsequently becoming soaked through.

Poor quality of overall service and I await a full refund of the order as promised by their support member (Joe).

I have recently placed 2 orders with Mountain Warehouse. It was easy to use the website and both orders were delivered on time. The quality of the items is good and I bought in the sale so the prices were even better.

I visited your Martlesham Heath Ipswich store today and experienced the most amazing customer service from Darren. I am not hugely keen on shopping and tend to order online to avoid it, my experience today has changed my mind. Not only is the store bright and welcoming so are the staff. As I browsed the store I could hear Darren interacting with other customers in such a warm friendly natural way I was super impressed.
He was engaging and delightful to speak to and obviously loves his role working for your company. As well as the amazing service I also grabbed an absolute bargain and will definitely revisit your store. Thank you
